Sedan/Corporate Sedan/SUV/Cadillac Escalade

Have a 24 hour cancellation poilcy. Any cancellation less than 24 hours or no show will result in full charge stated in confirmation.

Executive Sedan/Limousines/Vans/Sprinters

Have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation less than 48 hours or no show will result in full charge stated in confirmation.

Minibuses

Any cancellation less than 48 hours or no show will result in full charge stated in confirmation.

Buses/Motorcoaches/Specialty Vehicles

Have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation less than 72 hours or no show will result in full charge stated in confirmation.

Conventions, sporting events, holiday weekends and large events

Have a 7 day cancellation policy. Any cancellation less than 7 days or no show will result in full charge of hour minimum set for that event.
